ASA Theory Section

This year, as part of the ASA conference, the Theory Section reception will be held jointly with four other sections: Political Sociology, Global and Transnational Sociology, Environmental Sociology, and History of Sociology and Social Thought.

• Time: 6:30 – 8:30 PM
• Capacity: 350 guests, first-come, first-served

The reception is very expensive for the Theory Section to run. We are asking all Theory Section members who have paid employment to make a donation to help the section offset the costs of the reception. This helps keep the Theory Section running strong and supports our programming. Please donate now to help us plan our finances for next year.
